Some of the biggest trends for the season include conical heels, petite pointed toes and lots of sumptuous detailing.
Rounded and almond shaped toes also continue to be popular, especially on Mary Jane's, t bars and pumps which are all very much on trend in bridal footwear, peep toes and platforms make an appearance too, see the sassy 'Flirtini' by Else and 'Lola' by Rainbow Club.
In line with the 'conical' and other thicker heels, proportions generally are bolder with heavier straps and chunkier buckles in evidence. The Grecian trend has also found it's way into bridal shoes with asymetrical straps and pleating details echoing the theme made popular by so many top designers this season, see Mia by Rainbow Club, a fabulous shoe with wide appeal.
Purple is the hottest new colour straight from the catwalk, shown at every international fashion show and now hitting the high street everywhere. The Colour Studio makes it easy to wear this flattering hue top to toe, simply send a swatch of the desired shade via a local stockist to get shoes dyed to match an evening dress or a sleek coat, or make your bridesmaids utterly voguish by choosing one of the many fabulous shades of purple for them.
Any shoe from the Else, Rainbow Club and Rainbow Couture collections can be transformed to a stunning shade of purple for any occasion.
Detail is everywhere in the new collections! From serene overlays and pleating to gorgeous vintage style diamante, which forms one of the themes for the new Rainbow Couture collection, take 'Santi' for example with it's subtle satin pleating and exquisite diamante trim, this is a style with alluring appeal and versatility, as is 'Peto' with it's delicate diamante daisy trim adorning the front of the shoe, these styles combine chic fashion right styling with heavenly detailing. Designers everywhere are loving bling this season! The collections all feature sparkling crystals from the masters at Swarovski, and as they can be hand coloured, these sexy styles are the perfect choice for parties and events.
Vintage styling also continues to be a strong theme throughout the Hassall collection, in particular with styles such as 'Buttercup', which is reminiscent of shoes from a bygone era and yet is utterly contemporary, and 'Perfect Day' with it's diivine chiffon tailed bows which are so soft and romantic. Luxurious fabrics such as chiffon, lace and embroidered organza again pick up on the vintage trend giving this collection a totally individual feel.
From skyscaper heels to cute low pumps there is a selection of gorgeous styles to fit and flatter!
