Rainbow Club are sure you’ll be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason you can simply exchange the order or alternatively have you money refunded. All returns need to be sent to Rainbow Club within 14 days of receipt of order and all items must be returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging.

Postage will need to be paid for by yourself when returning shoesWe advise all customers to obtain and to keep proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

When returning items please follow the instructions provided on the reverse of your enclosed receipt. Please clearly indicate the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Neglecting to do this may result in your refund being delayed.All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 14 days to complete. Refunds are always processed net of postage.

If your items were purchase from our website it is important to note that you shall not be able to return the items through the stockist from whom you collected your order, please only return your item to Rainbow Club. Please also be aware that we cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from ourselves online. For items purchased through a retailer you will need to contact them to discuss any returns as their terms and condition may vary from ours.
