Getting beautifully, individually coloured shoes has never been easier
Step 1: Click & Collect
Select your shoes from one of our three great dyeable collections, select your size and nearest store and then have your items delivered into them through our Click & Collect service. It’s easy and convenient and allows you access to our whole collection on one easy to use platform.
Step 2: Collect & Try On
Fetch your shoes from your selected stockist one you have received the email notification that they have been received. We suggest you contact the store to check their opening hours and use this to pop by at a time convenient for you. This will ensure that you get the right size and fit in the style you love. Please note: If you find that the size is not quite right, please return them to us directly using the free post return bag.
Step 3: Request a Colour Studio pack from our Head Office on 01392 207030
Give us a call and we will despatch a colour pack to your address. This pack will explain the service and allow you to attach a swatch to the order form. We also have a range of colours which you can use to select a general colour if your shoes do not need to be colour matched. Include a cheque payable to Rainbow Club Ltd for the service and return both the order form and shoes to our address located on your proof of purchase. Please remember to get a proof of postage to ensure we can locate your shoes in the postage system. Remember to select weather you would like it dyed to ‘Daylight’(outdoor colour match) or ‘artificial’(indoor colour match). If you don’t plan on having them redyed at any stage, ask us to ‘Colour Protect’ the shoes, we will then insure that we thoroughly spray shoes with a damp proof/colour protect spray to make sure your colour lasts. Did you know: We have a range of bags to match our shoes that can be dyed?
Step 4: We Work Our Magic
Once we have received the items and the cheque has been processed we will work our magic! We have a lab of colour technicians who will match the dyes by eye to your swatch, and then hand apply the colour, ensuring complete coverage and a perfect even finish. Once your shoes have been dried and checked, they will be despatched to your delivery address as stipulated on your order form.
Step 5: Enjoy your Lovely Unique Shoes
The rest is then up to you. If you have your shoes dyed to a ‘colour to match’ swatch, your shoes may be one of a kind. Enjoy them!
