Whilst many of you are most likely working from home, we thought we’d reach out to you and update you on what’s happening in the world of weddings!
As per the government’s advice broadcasted to the nation on 23rd March 2020, large gatherings have now been stopped and this of course includes weddings. We are so sorry if your wedding was this Spring and you’ve now had to reschedule, we know how stressful it can be to organise the biggest day of your life. The best way to look at this, is that you now have extra time to plan and make it even more special and perfect.
If you’ve recently postponed and don’t know what to do, here are a few of our top tips to get you started!
- Speak to your venue about available dates
- As soon as you’ve got a provisional date in the diary, contact all your suppliers to ensure they are available on your new potential wedding date
- Contact your dress shop and seamstress, there are lots of other brides in the same position as you – many of our stockists are reaching out to their upcoming brides to hatch a plan already
- Get a cup of tea and relax, just remember a lot of the hard work has already been done. You may have to wait longer to marry your other half but trust us, it will be worth the wait!
So, now you have a little extra time to work on those smaller finishing touches!
