I took off one star as the samples were so small, I would have liked them to be larger. However, the range of colours is fantastic. I was looking for a gold colour, the champagne is rather pale and yellowy, but could always consider bespoke.

I ordered swatches because I wanted to change the colour of my Rainbow Club shoes, I chose a colour then placed and an order on line, once you've paid you get a form to fill in which goes back with your shoes, it was all easy to understand

The colour of swatches were a physical match to the web site pictures. Now need to work out how to get the shoes I’ve bought dyed.

Grace at the Marsh Barton Branch Exeter has gone above and beyond to get me some samples as mine seamed to have gone adrift in the post. After phoning the office Grace arranged for me to pop and collect some samples as I live locally and was stressing as my shoes and bag are for my daughter’s wedding in January. She then went onto assure me we had plenty of time to dye them and was so lovely. Great customer service definitely recommend Rainbow Shoes

Swatches arrived very quickly

I ordered 5 samples swatches to dye my wedding shoes, which came so quickly and it was so nicely packaged! I even emailed requesting more information on one of the colours that was seen on the website, and the team responded so quickly.

I received them very quickly, and am happy with the swatches – they make it very easy to know which colour I want to get my shoes dyed, and I will be completing my colour order form very soon.

I purchased faith wide fit shoes for my wedding. A lot of 'wide fit' are not at all wide, but these fit perfectly. They were so comfy all day that I want to be able to wear them again, so I'm very excited to be able to send them back to get dyed a different colour. Lots of colours to choose from, and seems like a very simple process to follow. It will be a lovely reminder of my special day when I wear my shoes in the future!

Very easy to order. Swatch arrived quickly; the standard colour was exactly as show and is very close to my dress colour but as I want it as a perfect match I will be using the bespoke colouring service.

I ordered two swatches online; Fuschia and Shell pink. Very easy to order online and only £1 a swatch. P&P free. The Fuschia was the perfect colour match for the Rainbow shoes (for my daughter's forthcoming September wedding. Such an amazing service as it has allowed me to order this colour in complete confidence as it was just the accessory colour for my MoB dress.
