During such uncertain times and as the UK’s leading wedding shoe brand, we have a responsibility to ensure all brides and grooms getting married enjoy their experience. We wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of how we are operating.
It’s currently business as usual, in line with the government’s advice we have implemented many internal procedures to ensure we protect the wellbeing of our employees but also ensuring that you receive the goods you have purchased nice and quickly. This includes regular hand washing for 20 seconds or more and for those who can work from home, are.
Please rest assured, our warehouse, Colour Studio and customer service departments are working as reduced teams to limit any potential spread of the Covid-19 virus. Delivery and turn around times are the same as usual however, should anything change over the coming days/weeks we will be in touch to notify you if you’ve placed an order.
We are still offering next day delivery on orders and our Colour Studio turnaround remains at 10-15 working days on our standard service.
For those of you who are getting married over the next couple of months we understand that this is a very anxious time for you however, the wedding industry is full of amazing brands and suppliers who all work exceptionally hard to ensure that every part of your day is perfect in every way. We please ask you not to cancel your wedding but speak with your suppliers to see whether it can be postponed if it can’t be, why not consider reducing the amount of guests to the day – this will help decrease any risk and also ensure that you’re nearest and dearest are there for the happiest day of your life.
