What is the difference between Capsule and Beskpoke Services?
The Capsule Colour Service gives our customers the opportunity to have their shoes / accessories dyed to one of our pre-mixed colours from our Colour Chart.
Whereas our Beskpoke Dye Service gives our customers the opportunity to have their shoes / accessories bespoke dyed to any colour they desire. As long as a suitable swatch is provided, we will happily hand dye your shoes to any colour swatch you provide us.
Where can I find the Colour Chart?
Our colour chart featuring 40 fashion- forward shades, is available on our website here, with swatches available to purchase so you can see the colours to compare in person.
What is considered a suitable colour swatch?
Swatches must be made of fabric material and NOT paper, plastic, leather, velvet or suede.
When sending your shoes and accessories to us for hand colouring, we require a material colour swatch which is at least 5 cm x 5 cm. If you do not have a fabric swatch, we can accept cotton reels as well as garments such as fascinators, hats, dresses, belts, fabric buttons, dress straps, sashes and even shoes and handbags – so long as the garment is made of fabric material.
When sending in a two-tone fabric, it will be required for you to state which colour you would like us to dye your shoes / accessories to – this will ensure there are no delays with the order.
What is the best way to care for satin shoes?
Due to our dye being water based we strongly advise not cleaning any of our dyed products. You may however use a dry soft brush to help remove any dried mud from our shoes. Ivory Un-dyed satin may be wiped using a damp cloth with luke warm water. Do not use any type of detergent if wishing to have your items dyed. Do not rub too hard as the satin may split, due to its delicate nature.
What is Extreme Spray Protection?
Our Extreme Protection is applied to all dyed shoes after they have been coloured. This spray protection perfectly preserves the colour and provides extreme water resistance for up to one month.

What is the difference between Artificial light and Daylight?
When you are having your shoes / accessories bespoke dyed you'll have the option for your dye to be mixed within artificial lighting or daylight, it is very important that you select the correct option for yourself.
We recommend choosing artificial lighting if your event is mostly inside under artificial / warmer lighting. And choosing daylight if your event is mostly outside in more natural lighting.
Certain colours will shift tones when going between artificial light and daylight. Commonly colours can appear more green / blue in the change of lighting. This is because artificial lighting typically intensifies warmer colours such as red, orange and yellow but dulls cooler colours like blue.
Can I buy my shoes in colour straight away?
Dyed shoes are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature so we would always recommend purchasing ivory shoes first to make sure they are a good fit, then send them back to us to be dyed.
Can you Re-Dye Shoes?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer this service, as once dyed all our products are spray protected as standard to set the colour. We use an environmentally friendly water-based dye, which cannot be used over the spray protection.
How long does the Colour Customisation take?
Our hand colouring service takes up to 10 working days from receipt of the order at Rainbow Club.
If you need your shoes and accessories to be returned quicker than this, we offer a priority service called 'Gold Service' which, for a small fee, ensures your shoes are dyed and returned to them within 5 working days of receipt of the order. This can be purchased with your Colour Pack here.
Do I need a swatch for each item?
If you are having shoes and a handbag or shoe clip dyed to the same colour, you can just send one colour swatch along with the 2 order forms from each of your colour packs. Please make it clear on the order forms, so the colour studio is aware once the items arrive with us.
What is included in the colour pack?
Colour packs are purchased for the Bespoke Dye Service.
Each Colour Pack contains a pre-paid returns bag for shoes, handbag or accessories for UK Mainland and Northern Ireland postage, as well as an order form for you to complete and attach your chosen colour swatch.
Can you dye non-Rainbow Club Shoes?
Unfortunately, we can only guarantee the dye on our own shoes so we do not accept other brands.
Is there a time limit for sending my shoes back to be dyed?
There is no time limit / expiry at all, you can send them back whenever suits you best.
Can I have my shoes dyed after wear?
You most certainly can!
If they are a little grass stained / scuffed, we would recommend going for navy or black.
Can I clean my dyed shoes?
If you have dried mud on your shoes, you should be able to remove this with a soft dry brush.
Due to our dye being water based we strongly advise not cleaning dyed shoes. Even if the shoes have been extreme protected, they will not be waterproof so, if customers try to clean the shoes with liquid products, they are likely to end up with water marks / colour fading.

How does paying with Klarna work?
At the checkout there you will be given the option of paying with Klarna. We offer two payment options with this service, you can shoose either 'Pay Later in 3 interest-free instalments' or 'Pay later in 30 days'.

What is the returns policy?
As long as the shoes and accessories are in their original condition, you can send them back to us for an exchange or refund up to 28 days after purchasing online.
We do not offer free returns; however, we do offer an easy, low-cost service through Collect+. Customers can return up to 10 pairs of shoes (60x50x50cm 10kg box) for just £4.60 via Yodel. Click here to create the returns label.

Where is my closest Yodel drop off shop?
If you are returning shoes via Yodel you will need to take you return to one of the Yodel drop off shops.
By clicking the link below and entering your postcode it will bring up all your local Yodel drop off shops so you can simply figure out where to go.
I can't find my returns form.
Returns form are emailed once your order has been dispatched.
If you are unable to locate this, we will accept a cover note. This cover note must clearly state what you would like to return and include your order number, full name and a contact number.
Assuming this information is all provided, your return will be processed for you as usual.
Can I try before I buy?
If you would like to try on our styles before making a purchase, you can visit your nearest stockists who have a selection of our collections in store – you can also order your ivory or dyed shoes through our stockists.

Is your sizing true to size?
It is difficult to say what true to size is due to every foot being slightly different. However, we do get many reviews for our styles saying they are 'true to size'.
We would advise checking the reviews on each pair before purchasing to hear what other customers have thought about the fit.
